A New Home for Golden PAWS Ideally located on Pine Ridge Road between Interstate 75 and Livingston Road, the former Harley Davidson dealership is almost 30,000 square feet of space on 2.75 acres that will allow us to house and train up to 40 dogs, nearly doubling our current capacity. With input from our staff and volunteers, we have worked with our architects to plan a renovation of the building that will transform a former motorcycle dealership into a state-of-the-art service dog training facility that will serve as a model for the industry. We are known for setting the standard for service dogs, not only for training but also for the care of these very special dogs. With our new facility we are raising the bar even higher.

Recently, we announced a $1M challenge gift from local philanthropists and long-time GPAWS supporters, Patty and Jay Baker. This special commitment allows us to get to our campaign goal quicker than before. The Bakers and our other leadership donors believe that their philanthropy will inspire others. We are closing in on the $15m that we need to complete the renovation and move in debt-free. If you are interested in seeing our plans for the new facility or making a gift to the Just Imagine Capital Campaign please contact Cindy Nelson, VP of Philanthropy at cindy@goldenpaws.org.
